3DR Pty Ltd is a Canberra based small business providing specialist security technology; and security risk management consulting services to Australian Government and Private Sector clients.
3DR embodies the security foundation principle of “Deter, Detect, Delay and Respond”. We strive to understand our clients’ needs and apply our knowledge and experience to develop strategies and treatment measures guided by foundation principles.
Our Director and Principal Consultant, Matt Warmington CPP, spent the last 29 years providing security consulting services to public and private sector clients on small to billion dollar projects. He created 3DR to offer these services to clients without the corporate overhead.
SERVICES
We provide Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC) Approved Security Zone consulting services to assist Australian Government contractors and agencies meet their obligations under the Protective Security Policy Framework.
Organisations dealing with or transporting security enhanced radiation sources can access our accredited Radiation Security Advisor services to endorse or compile security plans.
PROJECTS
Projects undertaken by our key personnel are extensive and diverse. They include new building; fitout and security upgrade projects for various Australian Government agencies including the Department of Defence, Department of Immigration and Border Protection, Prime Minister and Cabinet, Department of the Treasury, and many others; Corrections and Detention Facilities; Law Enforcement; and Critical Infrastructure.
CLIENTS
Our clients are Agency Security Advisers and Security Managers; Facilities Managers; Builders; Architects; and Project Managers.
We are able to operate in diverse roles from security risk assessment; project definition; design; documentation; construction supervision; commissioning; handover and post handover services such as DLP and establishing long term maintenance contracts.
